맥아 스타일:  베이스 몰트 (분쇄 요함)

향:  풍부한 맥아 향; 비스킷 향이 살짝 나는 견과류 향

색:  황금빛 - 3.5 L

용도:  풍부한 몰트 풍미가 나는 2줄 보리 베이스 몰트

          10% 첨가 : 아주 가벼운 맥주를 제외한 모든 맥주에 풍미를 더하기 위해 사용. 온기가 느껴지는 몰티한 맥주를 만들 때 도움됨.

          10-15% 첨가: Bock Beer 와 같이 진한 맥주에 적합함. 알코올 도수가 낮은 맥주라면 더 첨가해도 됨.

          100%까지 첨가: Koelsch 를 제외한 에일, 풍미가 짙은 다크한 맥주에 사용.

         10-15% High gravity beers like a Bock Beer, more in low gravity beers

         Up to 100% Ales (an exception being Koelsch) and rich, full flavored dark beers
